In this Elanora Realty blog, we feature Robina in our suburb in profile series.

Robina features and amenities

Robina is acknowledged as one of the first master-planned communities in Australia. It is situated close to the M1 motorway and bounded by the suburbs of Varsity Lakes, Mudgeeraba and Merrimac.  The suburb is ideally situated for public transport, with a train station and a bus station at Robina Town Centre.

The suburb is built around 3 manmade lakes, Robina Waters, Lake Orr and West Lake, and many of the properties have waterfront views. There are numerous walking and cycling tracks throughout the area and even a golf course designed by Greg Norman.

At the heart of the suburb is Robina Town Centre, a large shopping mall—one of the biggest in the southern hemisphere—with great shopping and first class facilities. You can browse high-end designer shops, buy speciality foods, or just pop in to Kmart or Woolworths. There are also ten-pin bowling facilities, a cinema and many restaurants and cafes for you to dine in.

The area also boasts a modern hospital and is close to Bond University. And of course, there is Robina Stadium, also known as Cbus Super Stadium, which is home to the Gold Coast’s National Rugby League club, the Titans.

With all types of entertainment on your doorstep, from cinemas to watching NRL, there is plenty to keep you and the family occupied.
