Meet Alexandra Hocking, the Principal of Elanora Realty.
Alex has lived on the Gold Coast for over 52 years and has seen so many changes during that time. She lived at north Palm Beach in the early 70’s to late 80’’s growing up near the beach and Tallebudgera Creek. She attended PBC High School the very first year it opened and at the time it had one administration block and one student block.
Real Estate runs in the family, with Alex’s family opening the first real estate office at Nobby Beach, Miami in 1972. That’s where her passion comes from by helping the many clients buy and sell their homes. Alex’s success comes from her strong commitment and dedication to her clients, but particularly her senior clients who need the extra guidance to help them through the selling and moving process.
It’s an important decision to have to make and one which should involve the family as well as legal representatives where necessary.
“Personally, for me, being able to assist senior clients is a privilege. My own parents are “Seniors” and I have experienced first hand how their needs have changed over the years.”
Since 1992 Alex has lived in the beautiful suburb of Elanora where her own family has grown up. Her knowledge of Elanora, Palm Beach and Currumbin areas is extensive.
