This month, we visit one of the Gold Coasts most sought-after streets, Westminster Boulevard.
This beautiful street was originally established in the mid 1980’s with land being divided into acreage sized blocks.
Tightly held and underrated for many years, Westminster Blvd is now one of the highest demand streets not only in Elanora, but in Southeast Queensland.
It offers the perfect balance between remote peaceful living, while still being just 10 minutes from the beautiful coastline of Palm Beach and even less to shopping precincts.
Larger homes dominate this street with many being architecturally designed to suit the block or aspect. Some even have multiple dwellings to accommodate extended families.
Properties on the eastern side, those with odd numbers, along Westminster Blvd offer stunning views over Tallebudgera Valley hinterland and as far north as Surfers Paradise. Those on the western side, with even property numbers, offer a gorgeous bush aspect with large swathes of land to grow just about, whatever you like.
This street has been very tightly held for many years and is now recognised as one of the best places to live on the Gold Coast.
