This month, we explore one of the Gold Coasts most well-known streets, Doubleview Drive.
As the name suggests, the main attraction of Doubleview Drive is that it offers stunning views on either side of the street.
West facing properties enjoy stunning views over Tallebudgera Valley and east facing properties views to the beautiful Palm Beach coast line.
For those who have kept their eye on Doubleview Drive over the years, it would come as no surprise to learn that more than 90% of the properties along this street are owner occupied. This is one of the most tightly held streets in Elanora and it’s no secret why.
