- A Fiduciary Relationship: “When someone holds a legal or ethical relationship of trust with one or more other parties.” This sums a Real Estate Agent’s job description and in ordinary terms means your agent should always act in your best interests.This relationship with your agent continues throughout the entire transaction so your agent should be helping you understand what’s happening and making each step very clear.
- Make it Straight Forward: Remember your agent is there to help sell your property, so the sooner you find an agent the easier the process will be.
